At KKTools.in, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We strive to provide quality products and secure packaging; however, in rare cases where customers receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, we provide return or replacement support according to the policy mentioned below.
Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issue related to:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products
- Defective products
within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after the allowed period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for return or replacement, the product must remain:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Along with all included accessories
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Wrong products
- Packaging issues
Claims without proper video proof may be rejected after verification.
Non-Eligible Products
Products that are physically damaged after customer use, mishandled, modified, or improperly installed are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Refund & Replacement Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the replacement or refund process will be initiated if the claim is approved.
Shipping charges and COD charges may not be refundable unless the mistake is confirmed from our side.
